ORIGINAL DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING This is a disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Bar Committee of the Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5. On November 15, 1984, the Bar Committee filed an information against the respondent, Donald C. Littleton, an attorney engaged in the practice of law in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. This Court appointed the Hon. George A. Adolf, Circuit Judge, Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit, Special Master. The Master conducted a hearing, entered findings of fact and Conclusions of law, and recommended that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months.
